A pair of 20th Century Colombian Emerald and Old Cut Diamond Cluster Lever-Back Earrings in Platinum, Portuguese, Signed, made circa 1916-1972. Each earring designed in the Art Deco fashion is claw-set to the centre with a square emerald-cut emerald of a vivid green color, encircled by 16 millegrain-set Old European brilliant-cut diamonds, to a scalloped cluster design fixed below another similarly-set old-cut diamond which leads to a platinum hook with a lever-back fitting. This pair of earrings of a floral inspiration has the maker's mark for Lisbon jeweler Camilo de Almeida Graça (1916-1972). Emeralds: 2; approximately 4.40 carats in total; geographic origin opinion: Colombia. Diamonds: 34 in total; approximately 2.0 carats in total; F-H color; VS-SI clarity.
