A gorgeous antique, early 20th century Scottish agate, citrine and Silver brooch. An oval shaped celtic cross style brooch with a large lemony citrine claw set to the centre. The brooch is further set with panels of agates, including bloodstone, Montrose and red jasper. The brooch has an old c type clasp fastener. It is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham Assay office, 1916, maker Joseph Cook and Son. Condition: Good used condition overall, a few tiny nicks to the stones, the citrine is suspended on silver loops fitted to the centre, two of the hoops are missing which makes the citrine wobbly in the setting, aged overall patina, light scratches to the citrine Approx measurements: 1.3" width 1" length Weighs approx 9.84 grams Any questions please contact us.
