An Art Deco diamond double cluster ring, to the centre an old European-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.4 carats surrounded by double octagonal shaped frame encrusted with forty two Swiss-cut diamonds estimated to weigh a further total of 0.6 carats, all millegrain-set in platinum to an openwork gallery and D-section shank, circa 1925, the head measuring approximately 1.2x1.2cm , finger size L 1/2, gross weight 2.8grams. This ring is in excellent condition. Unmarked, tested as platinum. A gorgeous Art Deco diamond cluster ring. This ring, made in the mid-1920s, comes from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. This ring features two diamond set octagonal frames surrounding a lively central diamond. The geometric shape of this ring and old-cut diamonds make this ring an excellent example of Art Deco sophistication. Bright and sparkling, this chic cluster ring would make the ideal unique engagement ring.
