Platinum pill box ring with large antique rose cut blue sapphire, emeralds and diamonds, possibly European. Diamonds also embellish the shank halfway. Sapphire lid opens by two prongs located on the side, interior of the box has a gold was finish. Ring is a finger size 6.5 and is signed Platinum, PC with a fleur de lis hallmark. In very good vintage condition. Sapphire has natural inclusions that are close to the surface of the stone. Sapphire has very little wear leading us to believe this beautiful ring was not worn much. 20.7 grams.
