The two side diamonds are old European cuts totaling 1.25 carats; G-H color and VS clarity. Additionally there are 24 round diamonds with total carat weight of 0.20; G-H color and VS clarity. In addition, there are 14 calibré-cut sapphires. Ring is currently a size 4 and can be re-sized. Measures 5/8 inches by 1/4 inches and stands 1/4 inch off the finger.
