A pretty and unusual Edwardian 15ct gold chrysoprase carved cameo ring, dating from circa 1904. The cameo depicts the classic image of a Greeko-Roman goddess figure, possibly the Greek goddess Terpisichore often being depicted as 'delight in dancing'. The shank is ornate and unusually designed, being split and ridged with a beaded edge and reeded base. This really makes this antique ring unique. The hallmarks for Birmingham remain clear dating the ring to 1904. Please feel free to contact us for more details on this piece, including additional images or video clips.
