An elegant and eye catching long sautoir, in a soft 'jade' green, from France, in the 1920s. Made from imitation jade glass round beads, and clear paste rondelles, caps and balls, it is gently 'drawn together' by a paste bar, allowing the two drops to fall asymmetrically. The necklace has a silver and clear paste clasp at the rear, making it easy and comfortable to put on/wear. Very reminiscent of Chanel jewellery at this time, this is classic and timeless style, chic and smart in its design.
