A silver necklace with a 14 karat gold slide pendant and tassels. This rare Victorian-style chicken eye link necklace, has ends of which holds two golden tassels. In the middle a richly decorated 14 karat gold sliding pendant set with four rose cut diamonds and black enamel. The silver necklace has a creators mark and FaH, Homberg, NV H., Amsterdam 1966-1996. The slide with diamonds on the necklace is from an earlier period. The craftsmanship is superb, each link forming a tiny work of art. The lariat necklace is in very good condition. Marked, tested as silver and 14k gold. Measurements: L approx. 86 cm in total from tassel to tassel (in its current length from the tassels to mid top of the chain 43 cm) Weight: 47.3 grams The necklace will be beautifully gift-wrapped in a black and gold Heztia presentation box.
