This rare and wonderful Art Deco ring features a pair of luminous natural, uncultured saltwater pearls. White and light gray in tone, the pearls reside on their handmade platinum setting, which is a gleaming cool pewter tone. The platinum band has been formed into a wave with a pearl on either side of the crests. It's a beautiful, sculptural ring that was created in the 1930s. The pearls measure 6.30mm and 6.7mm so they are an excellent size match. This has long been a favorite ring in my collection. Its sheer simplicity and the extraordinarily high quality of both the materials and workmanship make this a very special and unique piece. The band is unsigned. The ring is currently a size 6 ½ and could be resized by your local jeweler. The ring ships with a GIA certificate attesting to fact that both pearls are natural saltwater pearls.
