Pair of Natural Pearl and Diamond Ear Pendants

A pair of early 20th century natural pearl and diamond drop earrings, each composed of an old-cut square shaped diamond top suspending a line of three old-cut diamond collets to a natural pearl drop terminal, the old-cut diamond tops assessed to be 0.70 carat H colour and SI1 clarity and 0.80carats G colour and SI1 clarity, each pearl measuring approximately 11-10.0mm long, accompanied by report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, London, stating the pearls to be natural saltwater, circa 1920, the earrings measuring approximately 4.4cm in length, gross weight 5.3 grams. Unmarked tested as 18ct gold and platinum. These elegant pearl and diamond pendant earrings are a beautiful example of 1920s design from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales.
