A pair of low profile chairs with Ottoman by Harvey Probber from the "Hexabloc" series. Each chair measures 33.5" x 33.5" at the widest point, otherwise 30" x 30" from facet to facet. Seat height 16" and total height 25.25". An image is provided for measures on the width and depth. Video is also included. they technically are also armchairs with armrests as shown in the photo. Produced 1969 , this set by Harvey Probber present a new style of seating then devised primarily for commercial waiting areas but equally aesthetic in the home lounge environment. Sophisticated, bold and elegant with 6 thin legs per piece with adjustable feet. This suite can be combined in multiple configurations and is modular in nature to even form a love seat. The geometric pattern of the hexagon is complimented by the equal number of legs. The interior construction is solid foam injected into a frame to house the legs. The back rest does detach and there is velcro on the bottom to remove the covers if needed for cleaning. Very comfortable and very sleek. A glass sheet can easily be used on the ottoman to create an occasional table to go between the chairs. Labels reattached to underside of one chair and one ottoman. Newly reupholstered in a velvet with primary grey and undertones of blue with a 30,000 rubs life. In outstanding condition.
