A diamond set bracelet from circa 1930s/1940s. Consisting of an openwork navette panel rub-over set to the centre with an early brilliant cut diamond against a diamond accented background (details blow). The diamond set panel is attached at each side to an expanding three-bar gate chain sections which fasten with a box snap and figure eight safety catch. Stamped "18ct", tests as 18ct white gold. The stone set panel tests as 18ct white gold/platinum-fronted. Calculated total diamond weight is 1.0ct with assessed I/J/K colour and VS-SI clarity. Bracelet length 165mm; 6 1/2 inches. Details of diamonds: 1 x early brilliant cut diamond (approx. 3.80mm diameter) 2 x baguette cut diamonds (approx 2.20mm x 1.40mm) 32 x eight-cut diamonds (approx. 1.30mm-1.80mm diameter).
