The clasp works well and has a safety catch. This fabulous quality DRGM necklace was engineered to curve beautifully around the neck. The necklace is in very good condition. It is stamped DRGM 1138525, which has worn over the years. DRGM is a German term for patent. Jewellery stamped DRGM 1138525 was made by Schreiber & Hiller in the 1930s. This is an elegant and sophisticated Art Deco necklace.
