1800s Antique Victorian Onyx and Turquoise Locket, Foiled Garnet Locket

Stunning, statement and absolutely beautiful antique locket. This heavy and amazingly preserved antique mid-1800's Victorian onyx locket is looking for a new home! This amazing locket is made of onyx and is decorated with natural turquoise orbs ranging from green to sky-blue shade. The center line is accented with the seed pearls and a foiled garnet medallion which has a free fixation. It will tremble as you move along! The garnet has a lovely pear shape and is set on a foil, which gives it an extra depth and shine. Almost 200 years old, this magnificent locket has no damages, surface wear or missing stones. The rear compartment is clean, though the original glass door is missing. A little crack at the bale connection site - cosmetic defect on the reverse side- it doesn't affect the functionality of the bale. The bale and the rear compartment are silver and decorated with the turquoise, pearls and small garnet stone.
